What is the GYROTONIC® Method?
The Gyrotonic method is a unique movement system that emphasizes fluid, circular motions to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. As a Gyrotonic trainer with a professional dance background, I bring a deep understanding of movement and body mechanics to my sessions.
Drawing from a broad range of movement and dance knowledge, Gyrotonic sessions are tailored to help clients develop strength, flexibility, and grace. My expertise allows me to create personalized programs that address the specific needs of dancers and athletes, helping them improve performance and prevent injuries.
Through the Gyrotonic method, I aim to empower individuals to move with ease and confidence, both on and off the dance floor. Join me in exploring the transformative power of this holistic approach to movement and wellness.
RISE: the Empowered Dancer
For teen and pre-professional dancers, RISE is a holistic mentoring program designed to inspire the next generation of performers to reach their full potential.
Through one-on-one and group coaching, the program empowers young dancers to cultivate a healthy relationship with their bodies and pursue their dreams with confidence. Sessions may include dance technique, career coaching, conditioning, injury prevention, sports nutrition, auditioning, and performance preparation.
Drawing on her passion for dance and the lessons she learned as a principal dancer, Sharon loves guiding these dancers, whether they have their eyes set on a professional career or a more recreational track.
