Lisa Wood has been dancing and choreographing in the Denver Metro area for over thirty years. She began performing with “Ballet Now” in the late seventies and has continued her passion, dancing locally with companies from Elizabeth Mandeville Dance to 40 women over 40. Lisa has her B.A. from Metropolitan State College, where she was an adjunct professor of dance for more than 5 years. She did her graduate work in dance education at UNC. During her tenure at Metro she founded Isaac’s 3rd Dance Company serving as artistic director, primary choreographer, and a principal dancer from 1992 until 2002. Isaac’s 3rd presented local concerts as well as having the privilege of performing internationally in Australia, Italy and Jamaica.
