This immersive weekend features a carefully curated schedule, including:
Ballet – Strengthen your foundation with expert instruction from
Pointe – Hone your strength, alignment and technique — return to valuable basics for beginning and intermediate levels
Variations: Classical & Contemporary – Explore musicality, precision, and nuance through classical and contemporary repertoire
Contemporary and Tap – Expand your movement vocabulary and artistry. Beginners welcome!
Specialty Workshops:
- Foot and Ankle Health – Hands-on techniques to keep your feet, ankles and legs strong and injury free–guided by a dancer turned doctor.
- GYROKINESIS® and Yoga for Dancers – Enhance strength and flexibility through breath and dynamic flow.
- Myofascial Ball Rolling & Restorative Yoga – Recovery techniques to reset the nervous system and reduce soreness.
- Balance – Improve stability, alignment, and coordination with targeted exercises that enhance proprioception and support injury prevention
